I went out for dinner with friends tonight... Oops!! That's okay it was one meal and back to it tomorrow!
I'm trying to lose weight for TTC because I want to be a healthier weight when carrying bub. I was also once told I would react better to meds for IVF (same sex couple) if I lost some kgs. Apparently there's less risk of mc and gd along with a sometimes easier delivery. I'll probably lose the weight and still end up encountering something that I would have being heavier - knowing my luck!

Positive thoughts guys. It's okay to have cheat meals every now and then. I was previously on a diet where I never strayed, eventually I gave in and gorged myself. Everything in moderation 😊

Lol my cheat night cost me 500g. OMG! How bad is that?! I put on 500g from one dinner. My body obviously thought to store that for fat 😔

I have a dinner planned for me tonight courtesy of DP but she assures me its not unhealthy. Last night was Chinese (oops, runs and hides).
Tomorrow is going to be a scary weigh in for me! Maybe if I think light thoughts it will help lol.

Yea I'm in muesli because if vitiams and iron in it I have a couple of pretty bad deficiencies. So being high in fiber and dairy it's harder to work it off :-( but deff good for you.
Coffee is my weakness.
Sitting at a desk all day coffee was my best friend I could have 4 cups a day easy (low blood pressure so it wasn't too bad for me)
Now I'm on morning coffee and green tea through the day.
Easiest way to lose water weight is not drink coffee ;-)
