    It sucks when you feel like that. I felt more comfortable in my skin before I started losing weight. Probably because I ignored it where as now I'm closely watching how my body changes etc therefore it makes me realise how much I have to lose from here. It's hard when you don't feel happy with your body but can't seem to find the energy or desire to do something about it. Eventually you do though... Eventually you'll find the motivation to make some changes. Small steps..

    No real date as I'll build muscle again playing hockey just would like to be in the mid 70s

    Dont feel down on yourself Lolly. Being an adult sucks sometime lol Personally i know i feel better once im out walking and playing sport again. So even though im not dropping the KG im losing the CM and i start feeling better. Maybe try starting with some light walking/running?



    Also welcome everyone its great to see everyone trying to better their health

    Can I join too?? I wrote a similar thread but didn't get much of a response. Been ttc for 3 years now. I got really motivated to lose weight about 2 months ago and was doing really well but after circumstances changed at home I fell back into old habits. Ready to get back on the wagon and shed some kilos!

    Sure @melimum! Welcome! How much would you like to lose overall? If you can provide a weekly target and a date you would like to reach an overall I'll add you to the roll call it doesn't need to be a massive amount. Just something to work towards

    Why can't I just get my head around the fact that losing weight might increase the likelihood of a baby!! My eating this week has been pretty atrocious. Bring on Sunday and a new start to my weight loss journey

    it's a joke but I know of sooo many fat people (like actually obese) who are pregnant. meanwhile the skinny minnies seem to struggle?? I really fail to see how weight has anything to do with fertility. I can see that being a healthy weight = a safer and healthier pregnancy but what is the link to fertility!??

    I'm not sure lolly, but in my case, my weight has affected my hormones. I've always been told that there's a link between weight loss and conception, even if you are a skinny mini.
