Well done @Lavender86.. I think getting back into an exercise can be hard but just rip the bandaid do it a couple of times and soon it will feel strange not going.. and you will get into a good routine!
I am trying to convince myself also that this needs to be a permanent lifestyle change, not just a part of ttc.. if I ever get a BFP I want to have a healthy and fit pregnancy and hopefully maintain that lifestyle for our kids..

Hey ladies - just an update on the fitness from me. Keeping up the exercise and eating so much better now. Heaps of veggies and everything else in moderation. I've cut out heaps of sugar and feel way more aware of what I'm putting into my body. Had a massive workout today before going out for dinner tonight so I'm not depriving myself but definitely working hard and seeing good results.
I'm on cd 8 now so we're gonna just relax and enjoy this month and see what happens! My cycles have been long since coming off the pill so I'm hoping if anything, that healthy eating, exercise will have a positive impact on that and bring me back to a more regular cycle...and if I get a BFP that's a bonus!

Didn't bother weighing in this morning. I can see and feel that I've gained weight. Had a pretty miserable start to the day and a headache that I can't shake.
AF arrived yesterday so I'm feeling pretty sorry for myself. DH and I have decided to jump back into the healthy lifestyle, we're really out of options and I can't stand seeing him so upset every time AF comes.
Time to get motivated.

I'm finding the weight I gained from depo is starting to drop (six years after the fact). I haven't actively tried to lose in three years (it's rather demotivating giving it your all with neigh on no results ) my cycle has also started becoming very regular at the same time. This all started about Feb this year. It could be that the only change in my diet is the acv to boost metabolism and the omega3 I was told boosts ovulation. I couldn't be sure. TTC and weight loss
Hi @GemimaPuddleduck! I've been good! Had lost 30kgs and started IVF this month and have put some back on which is really frustrating but I'm trying to be careful. I had a disappointing result with my EPU so I've been quite hard on myself too and I've wondered if my excess weight for all that time damaged my egg quality. I have a little poppy on board at the moment and in the TWW (as of yesterday) but if this wasn't doesn't stick then I'm keen to switch to DP so she can try with my one and only embryo. How have you been? What's been happening in your world?
