Well done @Sabochan.
I'm not sure if I lost or gained this week as we got new scales. Felt like I gained though... Will see next Sunday.
Family member I haven't seen in a couple of months just told me tonight that I look fabulous and slim so it must be working!

I'm down to about 6kg out of my 10kg block which is okay with me. I have had two "long" weekends off (in a row) so the fact that I gained and then lost again is all I could have hoped for

Do you mind if i join? I have roughly 30kg to lose before TTC, setting myself some realistic goals so i can keep it off long term and while pregnant.

Hey ladies, I'm on the weight loss bandwagon too. In the last year I've been super unhealthy - focusing on work and other stresses over my health. I need to loose about 20 kilos (maybe more) however I'd be happy with 15 to be honest! Last few days I've been sticking with of veggies, less carbs (not none) and trying to cut my sugar intake (the hardest for me).
I walk every morning and I'm also beginning some group exercise next week.
What's everyone else doing? I need some motivation!

I am a newbie here, I just discovered this forum yesterday and was up until way past my bedtime reading about everyone's different ttc journeys! I love the idea of being able to share your story and get some advice because I dont feel I can talk to anyone aside from DH about ttc (and he knows less than me so not much help lol)
Bit of background, me and DH have been NTNP (I think that means Not Trying Not Preventing, still getting my head around the abbreviations) for the last 12 months. We weren't expecting a BFP as I hadn't had AF for 12 months (PCOS) and wasn't tracking ovulation.
Now we have the wedding and honeymoon out of the way and keen to get down to business.
I am actively trying to loose weight in hopes it helps with ttc and pcos
I am currently 103.5kgs, about 9 months ago I started my weightloss journey at 118.5kgs.
My goal is to get to 90kgs before getting pregnant, because I would like people to know I am pregnant and not just confuse it for fat haha
My mini goal is 1.5kgs a week. I have just started Duromine to kickstart my weightloss again after a 6 week plateau and joined Bootcamp which I am aiming to do 3 times a week.
We are also doing lite n easy for most dinners, but I am really struggling with lunches.
Looking forward to keeping motivated with you all!

I just did my first session back at the gym tonight. It was exhausted but I'm feeling better already. Feeing the effects of healthy eating & exercise. Hoping this motivation continues and I see some real results!
Congrats on the weight loss so far 💪🏼
