But reagrdless losing weight will always be a good things. I don't join these ttc threads cause my pcos is that severe i don't know whats going on. I have been trying for number 2 since my son was born...4.5yrs. I get long cycles...so whst looks like fertile mucous more than once. I get what seems like implantation bleeding but nothing happens. My cycle even . came back 4 months pp when women who have normal cycles don't get them till they finish breastfeeding for 2 years! I can't judge or go by anything. I just ignore it all. No clinic will treat me because of my weight. So I'm just trying to lose weight and hope it regulates enough to ovulate naturally again.

@ProudMumma34 I find it odd that a clinic won't help you because of your weight! There are clinics in Sydney that song focus on that or discriminate against overweight people. Perhaps travelling for treatment is worth considering?

TortoiseNotTheHare: I'm not seeking any treatment at the moment but when i was going to 2nd time around they wouldn't even hwlp me with ovulation induction because of my weight. I'll never be doing ivf because of the cost. The most I'll do is ovulation induction
They go by textbook...the dont want to take risk in case something goes wrong and they are liable.

@ProudMumma34 that ridiculous that they won't help you with ovulation induction! I hope that you can find a clinic that will help if you need it.

Monday is my weigh-in day and I'm 100g down from last week. Not much but a loss is a loss I guess. Aiming to go walking at least 5 days this week. And also drinking 2L water per day.
