    @GemimaPuddleduck I think it's good to still know what you are dealing with even if it's not what you hoped for. I still weigh myself even when I think I've put on weight because if I didn't then I would probably just keep going and put more on. That's how I put all this weight on. I pleaded ignorance. Now I choose to stay well informed. I have however become addicted to weighing myself which is no good!!

    Well ladies, this is the start of a new week now so let's make it count! We can do this!! We are doing this for good reasons so let's focus on that and use it for motivation! This week will fly and we can get through it!

    @TortoiseNotTheHare I agree. I piled on the weight because I didn't think I had a problem. I've always been happy in my own skin but now my body is battling against itself so I need to do something about it.
    You'll have to ease up on the scales! Try and limit yourself to once a week. Our bodies fluctuate too much to weigh every day.

    Yep agreed. That's why I've chosen to be more conscious of my weight. I've definitely learnt how much my weight fluctuates and it no longer bothers me that I've been put on weight throughout the day. I've come to accept that it's completely normal and of course drinking water and shakes equals extra weight. I've started picking up patterns and I've found it kind of comforting because there's no real surprises but yes I need to at least cut down to once a day to begin with and then I'll go to every other day etc. The thought of weighing myself once a week seems scary now.

    I had cake... My sister made an amazing cake for a cake smash over the weekend and what was bit smashed of the cake we ate... So yummy

    @JET09 @kates777 hubby made chocolate cupcakes for me last night. But he used a low sugar recipe. Not that it makes much of a difference. Hahaha. I do love cake.
