I weighed in tonight and for this week I'm down 2.9kgs. Thrilled with that because I've had another break off the shakes this weekend as we stayed with some friends over the weekend. I also weighed myself after a day of eating so hoping I've lost more than what the scales are telling me! 😃

Well done everyone. What an amazing week.

Let's kick it up a notch this week. Share your successes and what needs improvement.

So for me today I'm having muesli while I'm writing with my trusty Monday huge coffee next to me. Im so sore from playing hockey on the weekend that I didn't go waking last night but tonight I will run instead let's share healthy eating recipes and keep the encouragement rolling in ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1428876703.432476.jpg

I have started on shakes again as of today. I need to get my butt into gear if I want to be a lot lighter by the time I get pregnant again.

I'm totally motivated!! Got a big bfn yesterday so it's been six months now. I'm starting to freak out a little but I know I need to lose some weight as my first step. I'd love some recipes etc to try. My thing this week is just lots and lots of fruit and veg. And at least 5 lots of exercise this week

Today's success: danced at work with the kids then had salmon w/ sweet potato mash for dinner.
Improvement: eating all meals throughout the day, not just dinner.
