    I cook pikelets on my sandwich press so I don't use oil. They turn out perfectly golden every time too

    It's a el cheapo non stick pan. It just doesn't need any.

    I use butter not oil to cook mine and I put nutella on them or lemon and sugar. Yum!

    Oh lemon and sugar on super thin crepes. Oh heaven. I haven't had that in 20 years or so.

    My kids discovered Nutella on pancakes last week. They loved it. It's not my thing.
