Happy Easter Marie xx
We are having a quiet Easter. There's a heritage festival on near here so I might take the kids on Saturday. We are meant to be having a picnic on Sunday but will see what the weather is up to.

I am so glad I did send dd on camp. I just got a text message from school saying someone has come down with chicken pox. Could you imagine the whole family down with it over the holidays. It would be weeks on end trapped at home. My kids are vaxxed but so was that kid.
Feel sorry for that poor family. Little kids are hard when they are sick but teenagers are a whole new level of hell.
I think there was pregnant teachers on the camp too

We started our day at 4am again, Dd is on her second nap of the day and I know I should be trying to have one myself but I'm not at that point yet, I'm sure I will be exhausted when it's time to get myself and a toddler ready to go out for dinner, that's always the way isn't it!

I am so sleepy but dh is already asleep and since he has been letting me sleep longer lately i will stay awake to make sure the boys don't just do a ninja jump onto his lap for a bear hug.

our visitors have left after a lovely two days with them. old friends are the best friends. we took them for a drive to Kenilworth, on Good Friday, not expecting to find anything open. but I found a great pair of shoes, and a beautiful crucifix. I wish I could share a pic of the crucifix. it is just so pretty, and it was only $5. my best purchase ever,!! happy easter to everyone. marie

Well today was supposed to family day. We were going to go out and have a picnic and generally enjoy being together for the whole day. Well dh woke up with sugars of low to mid 20's and ds3 with diarrhoea.
I has been looking forward to it for a very long time.
Trying to make the best of it I am going to make some easter eggs with the little and have a game of Cludeo or monopoly.

Ds3 mini easter eggs in progress. We just need to start sticking them together. That is if they can stop eating them long enough to actually stick 2 together.
