Yeah there's only my two kids & 4 'kids' (25+) & the big kids are way more excited than my two littlies.
Makes it easier

No family where we live. DD is the first grandchild and first great grandchild so we don't really have any kids to buy for. Poor bubba has high temps. I think it will be a long "long weekend". ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1428016710.690832.jpg

she's so cute mamasupial!! Hope she's on the mend soon!
meanwhile still no af here, bbt still high but another bfn!? going quietly batty here.....

If your bbt is high that's a good sign.
Fingers & toes crossed.
Are you using a sensitive test?
03-04-2015 09:43 #217
I'm using one of those pee strips. they were cheap but claim to be sensitive (10miu or something??).
I bought a frer last night but came home and my strips had arrived so used one last night and one this morning. tired of wasting $10 every frer only to be greeted with a big fat dirty neg!
I would've thought as I'm past due for af a test should show a pretty accurate result? not like I'm
testing 7 dpo or anything or my period isn't due yet..
will give it another day today and see what happens. if no af I'll do the frer tonight and see if I get a diff result.

I loved chatting with DD and would love to start again but my sleep is too interrupted for it to be accurate. Currently CD91.

Yeah that's true, but I thought with only being 13DPO af might be due tomorrow (LPs are normally 14days) and some of the cheaper tests are 50iu.
Still have my fingers crossed. Are you trying actively right now?

Lolly, good luck. Some people don't get positives until late, so maybe that's what's going on. At least it's a good sign that AF hasn't arrived.
Meag, I'm glad DP is home. Tough one with your MIL. Maybe she likes to feel helpful. She may have thought that you and DP would like to settle at home last night, so was trying to help out with DD. I'm not sure. I guess too, if you're worried about when you have kids, her buying things for you, is it going to hurt if she does? We had lots of people buy stuff for us, and it was purely because they were excited and wanted to help. That's great that generally you do get along though
Mamasupial, I hope DD is better soon
We won't be gender swaying. Id love either. It would be great to have one of each, but I'd also love for DD to have a sister
