Default Aropax for Depression and Anxiety

Hi just wondering if anyone has taken aropax for Depression and anxiety and if it helped.
If so, how long did it take to feel better?
How long before the side effects wear off.
The gp prescribed it and gave me samples to try,I start it tomorrow morning.
I'm so concerned about putting weight on and debilitating headaches.

Any info or experiences would be much appreciated. TIA

I took it years ago and it did not agree with me. Made me very dizzy, light-headed etc. After awhile I came off it and had to come off very slowly because the withdrawal effects weren't great for me either.

It's very different for each individual though - and something that works for one person, might not work for the next. I find with ADs you might have to try a few before you find the right 'fit'. For me that is Citalopram. It has made me feel back to normal.

I hope it works for you. If you're not happy with it though, head back to your GP.

I've been on Aropax for many years now and the initial side effects were pretty full on - weird dizziness and extreme fatigue for the first two weeks but after about a month I started to feel like my old self again and it was fantastic.

If I haven't been sick enough... About two hours after taking it I felt very dizzy, have a massive migraine and feel awfully sick. Revolting in fact.
Been hard to stay awake also.

Yes, that sounds very familiar. I was basically non functioning for the first two weeks but it did improve rapidly after that. Huge hugs xx

Default Aropax for Depression and Anxiety

    Aropax is bloody awful medication...

Good luck finding one that is a good fit for you The right one is out there, it's all just trial and error.

Haven't found medication yet, but havent got worse either. Feeling a bit low... But I suppose that's the norm for me at the moment.
