Oh no. That would break my heart. Roast potatoes are an integral part of a roast dinner.

Men. I'm sure they do the wrong thing on purpose so you don't ask them again.
DH did a bit of weeding yesterday evening for me... But this morning I discovered he tackled the 5% of the garden I didn't want touching and pulled out all my parsley and mint sigh

I don't know whether to mention it as I know if I do he will get discouraged and he won't touch any more then.

    Why is he so useless?

Somone in the house behind us is spray painting. Im really sensitive to strong smells like that, so bring on the splitting headache . Not to mention ds is asleep in his bedroom which now smells strongly of paint. Fabulous......

Urgh how annoying for you! Easy solution: get him to plant some more parsley and mint for you. Then do the actual weeding.

I asked dh to clean *one* window yesterday. He went and "cleaned" it for 2 mins. Later just before ds's bedtime I checked the window and it was still filthy! So I said to him, once ds is in bed I need him to clean the window more thoroughly. And he did! If dh doesn't do it good enough I just asked him to repeat it until it's sufficiently clean etc. He isn't a child who may not understand or have the physical ability to clean up appropriately yet so I keep pushing until it's a decent standard (and I'm no perfectionist!).

Myer overcharged me $15 about a month ago. I went back and they gave me my money back.
Myer overcharged me $105 on Monday, still waiting for them to put the money back on my credit card, I was told if could take over a week.
Witchery overcharged me $20 today. It is such a pain to drive there too. Hour round trip. Ahh.

How hard is it get things right?? Never leaving a shop again without checking the receipt.

    Rant over. Feeling better now.

I miss winter. My neighbour drives his car when it's cold and motorbike when it's warm. He idles the bike right next to our bedroom and when our daughter is in our bed (99% of the time), it wakes her, killing my chance of getting stuff done before she wakes.

I thought I had more time before the questions started. All day I have to answer 'what's that?' Or 'what's that noise?'. My DS is 2.5 I thought I had at least a year or two before the repetitive questions started...
