My kids detested baby panadol- all 3 of them. I switched to dymadon and have never had a problem since

Oh gah, I remember those days. Just a few more months and you can give her the choice of the baby Panadol or the suppository. Works a charm for me ;-)

ETA although I just remembered before then I switched to strawberry nurofen which he took to much better than the Panadol.

Try the Panadol in juice. But both mine went thru a stage where Panadol sucked but dymadon was ok.

I've texted hubby to bring home dymadon. Thanks for the tip girls! @harvs they had to give her panadol with the suppository when she was in hospital a couple of months ago. The look on her little face was priceless. 😳

I found the same with nurofen, it's a fight to get Dd to take panadol and most of it comes back out on her shirt, nurofen she sucks out of the syringe herself and cries when it's all gone😐.

Remember when I said I felt like my sister was stealing my thunder when it came to my baby shower. Well, I think she just stepped it up another notch.
My mother in law has graciously offered to throw the shower for me (after finding out I planned to do it myself!) and we have just locked in the date for it - a week later than I had originally planned, but still works out quite well.
I told my sister (as she needs to book flights) and he has just informed me that she will be planning to have her sons 1st birthday while over here.
As far as I remember (and I'm terrible with remember dates) I'm pretty sure his birthday is at LEAST 10 days after my baby shower. And shouldn't that be celebrated with the dad who will be staying in QLD.
Sorry this is so long - once again, just needed to get it off my chest.

Today is my day off and bub is still asleep so hubby told me to be quiet so I can enjoy staying in bed. Yet he's up and banging around and even WHISTLING. I swear he's even eating his weetbix loudly.

Dd2 doesn't like her toast. Mine is much better she reckons. I have resorted to giving her my toast and I eat hers. Lucky I make hers exactly the same as mine. I even put the same amount on her plate as mine.

I did this with DS2 for so long until he decided he would eat mine and then eat his too so I had to wait til his nap to eat mine.

The moment you see on fb that your (only just) 17 year old sister is 'dating' a 21 year old and you go to say something about how he is too old for her.... only to remember you were her age and you dh was his age when you got together
