I sat up for bloody two hours trying to get DD back to sleep to no avail. I finally pulled her into bed with me, and she was wide awake for at least another hour if not more.
How can she sleep by herself until 4:20am one night, and then not even make it to 11 before going nuts the next?! I don't understaaaaaaaaand!

Had to find the new thread... *grump*
Hating DH at the moment for so many reasons- lack of interest, lack of help (home, activities, and school). Mainly the fact that whenever I try to have a conversation with him about these issues, he says I'm "attacking, and it's coming out of nowhere and I just can't do this"... Ya, sure mate. Telling you a week in advance that we need to have a discussion, and then being calm, polite and hopeful, and open to suggestions... hmm, yes I can see the attack.
Maybe he is dropping all day naps?
Little boy I used to mind, stopped having naps around 7.5 months. I used to put him in his cot anyway, once a day, for 40 mins or so, and he would play or chat away. At 9 months he stopped wanting to do that too though. So I had a "quiet corner" in the lounge (open plan house) where I could see him while I did other stiff.
Having said that... after a few days of no naps, he would then need one for 1-3 days, then none again for a while. I just watched his cues which, admittedly, were very obvious.
