It varies so much as depends who's on duty. I had a VB at SJOG Mt Lawley and there was no OOP for the epidural but I know my ob had arrangements with some so they'd only charge the scheduled fee. Weekends and nights I imagine would cost you more as they're not already on site in theatre but yours is a scheduled CS....
