    I think you might be able to get them in 1996… I'm kidding i'm sorry I couldn't resist… Loved them when I was a little tacker in primary school.

    If you mean the sort that you wear on rocks at the beach, I always found them at bigW at the start of summer. Never looked at this time of the year though.

    Amart all sports. We found toddler/kid ones at shoes and sox shoe shop.

    I just recently bought myself and DD's (4yrs) from bigW and DS at target.... We went to an island last year and struggled with the coral beaches. We are going again this year so definitely needed them this time.
