I do not seem to ovulate every month and in the months I do it's around CD19 to CD21 of my 32 day cycles. I have endometriosis but not advanced and I also have a high antral follicle count which means that some months no dominant one can develop and release I think.
Would it hurt to start vitex next cycle? Would there be any benefit starting vitex in my case? I have heard good things about it.
