    Default How long did you try til you got your first BFP?

    Hi all
    I was wondering how long you have been trying if you don't mind me asking. I am just curious...

    Took me 16 months to get my bfp.

    From memory which is a bit hazy. first bfp (dd1) came 2 weeks. My 2nd was 8 months(mc). My 3 (mc) was 2 weeks. My 4th (ds1) 4 and 1/2 years. My 5th (dd2) 8 mths. My 6th (dd3 +mctwin) 7 months. My 7th (ds2) 3 1\3 years. My 8th(ds3) 3 years.

    My fiancé and I were trying for 3 months and got our first BFP yesterday..

    I got my first BFP after 7 months but ended as a MMC, this BFP has taken exactly a year since first trying.

    I think around 6 months - but of course that was after we declared that we would stop trying so hard, take a bit of a break and then BAM BFP. In the scheme of things, it wasn't that long, but it certainly felt like it at the time.

    11mths for the 1st (mmc at 12.5wks) then another yr for dd. 1mth for preg #3 (another mmc) then 2mths after d&c for ds (preg #4)
