He really enjoyed the zucchini/eggplant/sweet potato combo for lunch today! He seems really good with trying different flavours.
Pooping pellets again this morning though.

6 dried apricots and 3 pitted prunes, soak in water overnight and then drain away liquid, cover with boiling water and bring to the boil, simmer for 10mins and purée! We mix it with weetbix or on its own for dessert and it gets the job done!
