This rain is ridiculous! It's already woken DS twice. We have a colourbond roof and steel framed house with no roof insulation so it's noisy as!

What time is it meant to get extra stormy? I heard weather warnings on the radio earlier but forgot what time they said the storm will be bad.

The weather on the Sky News Weather App says: Chance of thunderstorm well before dawn. Not sure that helps any!? Haha

Haha I just looked on the bom website and they said something similar that it will be stormy tonight with possible thunder later. Hope any thunder doesn't wake your DS up.

This is DS's third night with his cot converted to a bed, so I hope he doesn't wake up and freak out :/

I can't even hear the rain!! I have the wood fire cranked and my kids are sleeping at my mums to attend dawn service.

Hubby's best friend is moving to Canada on Sunday so we have a farewell over the weekend and a baby shower tomorrow!

I looooooove the rain. It's just starting here.
@A-Squared one of my earliest memories of coming to Australia was hearing the rain bucket down on our metal roof. I used to love it - it was such a comfort feeling.

I miss the sound of rain on a metal roof. I grew up in the hills with a house with a flat tin roof! Even now, I love the sound of rain
