emma26 the breakfast sounds like it might be your undoing - apples cruskits and a coffee isn't balanced and doesn't have anything to fill you up.
Also, multiple coffees in a day adds up to one extra meal per day (even without sugar, all that milk is at least 150cal per cup) so 4 to 5 coffees a days is 600-750 cal which is the same as eating a fourth big meal everyday.
Perhaps try switching to black/herbal teas and you'll make a big calorie saving, and eat some of the difference (say two or three 100cal snacks) to feel a bit fuller and still be ahead.
I find buying some nice T2 teas and a nice travel cup or tea cup makes it a bit special to replace the coffee.

Or you could do what I did when I was losing weight before this pregnancy and switch to black coffee with sweetener.
I ended up finding that the tea was nicer than black coffee and was able to gradually wean myself off coffee altogether.

I second a big breakfast, med lunch, smaller dinner.
Do not let yourself get hungry - just fill up with the right foods.
I actually usually have 2 breakfasts!
I don't mean this to sound condescending but its really quite simple. Just go back to basics.
Eat food thats as close to its natural state as possible. Avoid packaged foods.
I eat clean during the week and am more relaxed and allow myself treats on the weekend.
Don't deny yourself anything.
Keep dinners simple. Protein and salad or veg. Don't over complicate it
I lost 19kg this way and have kept it off. Dont diet. Look at it as a long term lifestyle change

Oats with greek yoghurt, fruit and a drizzle of honey and 2 pieces of dark rye bread with eggs or similar
Breakfast is soooo important and should be your biggest meal of the day. Pig out on healthy stuff!!
Lunch is usually a salad or wrap or ryvitas with tuna etc
Dinner protein and salad or veg. I have a cheat dinner on the weekend ( like a creamy carbonara or take away or whatever ) and treat myself to cravings ive had during the week. I try not to go too crazy then monday is back on track again

Apparently honey helps with weight loss.
I'm not a water drinker, except a few sips when I'm exercising.

Thank you everyone for your comments/suggestions.
I usually only have 1 sweetner in my coffee and I always log this into my fitness pal but I never knew that so many coffees could add soooo many calories to my daily intake. eeeekkk.
I don't eat bread ......I miss it but I relace this with wraps.
I occasionally have a diet shake...

The other big tip i have is swap your dinner plate for one of those side plates and the deep bowls for the shallow ones.
I was really surprised by how much i was eating that i didnt actually want/when i wasnt hungry. Those big plates get full really quick so then you try and eat everything and over eat.
