Salad first. Then chips. Then schnitzel.

I would have the chicken and vegetables together. No chips, I don't really like them.

Taste the chicken, have a few chips. Eat all the veggies, then alternate between the parmi and chips. Leaving a few chips till last of course.

I do exactly the same as you Harvs! Eat veg, reward with chicken, extra reward with chips. Potato is my fave food too. Probably explains my hips and thighs!

Plus a habit I have picked up off hubby is to always finish my meat- he says it is to respect the animal that gave us put meal so if I don't think I can eat everything on my plate, I'll finish the meat first.

Woah, it's ok, I know you were joking! I watch BBC comedies too, I'm sure we aren't alone with that :-) I just wasn't sure if it was the potatoes part or the rewarding myself part. It's all good.

Haha well I do that rewarding myself all the time… It's like when I eat a sandwich I eat around the whole crust than reward myself with the middle crust free bit… Oh god heaven!!! Sometimes now when I eat pizza… I'm just like f*** it I'm not going to eat the crust because I'm a grown up and my Mum can't make me… Same with vegetables then I realise I force my kids to eat them.
