I'm 28 and husband is 31
We have done two failed ICSI cycles and we retrieved a total of 28 eggs and we only got one good embryo and it didn't take.
After two failed ICSI cycles we just realised my partner has 39% DNA fragmentation. We are now looking to do IMSI. Has anyone had any successsss with high DNA Fragmentation pleaseee!!!

Sperm DNA Fragmentation - IMSI

Yes, we have! 7mo DS was conceived using PICSI and a PolScope for injection of the sperm. We had lower egg numbers than you did and for the first 2 cycles we only had one embryo survive to transfer (5 day) and 2 embryos on our 3rd attempt. One if those 2 is DS and the other is in the freezer.
We also have a 3.5yo DD conceived naturally against the odds.
Stay positive, there's always a chance!

Thank you so much for replying!!! Do you know how much fragmentation your partner had? We have 39%!
This is going to be our third cycle so I'm hoping and praying it works

No I'm not sure. I do know that they found it difficult to find usable sperm for injection.
