Hae-Uk Hong at Ondol Oriental Medicine Clinic at Toowong. I didn't see her for fertility issues but I saw her once pregnant for hyperemesis. She specialises in women's health as does another person there. I found her and everyone else at the clinic to be very supportive and her follow-up care was great.

Couldn't agree more, I see Kelly at the same clinic and hae-uk from time to time as well. They are lovely and supportive.

Georgie Smith owns The Pregnancy and Fertility Acupuncture clinic in Spring Hill. She is amazing.

I personally didn't have success with her, I gave it 6 months. She was initially recommended by a colleague who is pro natural birthing experiences. She does have a wall of baby photos though from women she has helped fall pregnant. She also works with women in pregnancy and specialises in women's health.

Bedside manner.. Hmm. I found her a bit standoffish initially. After a couple of sessions she warmed up a bit, but I didn't like some things she said. As a midwife I almost found it offensive when she would negatively talk about the medicalisation of pregnancy/birth and how she's been able to "fix" X Y Z or she doesn't agree with doctors. It's a fine line, and given she's not a licensed obstetrician I thought it was a bit dangerous for her to be saying these things. Sure she is a well respected member of her field of work, but that doesn't make her an expert on everything.

Shen therapies at jamboree heights is another one I hear recommended a lot at work.

I saw Peter Kington in Red Hill. He specialises in fertility and pregnancy stuff.

I only saw him the once, hoping to bring on labour and avoid induction. I was induced after all, but it was a quick labour, so maybe it helped, who knows. (Not a complete believer in accupuncture.)

Bedside manner was good tho, and i was comfortable with him.

    Good luck!

Default Lynne Kershaw - Acupuncturist for fertility

    Hi,

Im surprised to hear what you said about Lynne Kershaw. I found Lynne to be a fantastic specialist in her fields. She was very knowledgeable in what she was saying and I appreciated that she didn't waste my time in skating on the information she was informative, supportive and easy to talk to.

Lynne has helped myself and my husband in our fertility issues. I have PCOS and she has been very helpful in following the natural road.

I would not go to anyone else but Lynne for help.

I second Georgie Smith in Spring Hill. Saw her for both pregnancies and for fertility before my first
