I have been doing boot camp 5-6 nights a week and dieting for nearly a year and I am only a few kgs lighter then when I started and being so frustrated I have seen a nutritionist and dietitian just to make sure I was eating right and had they saw nothing wrong so I went to the Dr where I found out I have pcos so it will be harder to lose weight. So sick of getting no where I have been doing research on if there is anything that might help and a few people recommend the 123 diet but I don't want to spend a fortune on a gimmicky diet that doesn't work and get me down again so I thought I would ask if anyone has tried and how was your results? I am thinking if I did do it only do it for a month or so to kick start the loss what's everyone's thoughts?
