How do I implement the SOS technique to a 12 month old who constantly stands up in cot as soon as u walk away??? And does the SOS technique work???
I'm so sleep deprived and also a working mum. (sigh)

Walk out and shut the door. He/she will eventually lie down and go to sleep, probably after some protest but stay strong and they get the idea pretty quickly that you're not coming back.
