Finally some progress! I have lost 1kg and not the sneaky " I'll weigh myself first thing in the morning" type of weigh in that I used to do when I knew I would be lighter then the night before but I weighed myself at the end of the day.

now lost 5kgs since joining. 300gms this week. doctor happy with my blood pressure, and cholesterol and glucose, all so much better for me loosing weight. this is me, marie.

I am on a plateau...again.
I do wonder what is wrong with me.
Not giving up even though it may take another year to shift what's left.

I am 68kgs! Another 8kgs and I will be back where I was when I got married. Yay! I have just been walking with bub and eating healthy.

I've lost another kilo! My body has finally kicked it's butt into gear it seems, 2kgs down... Only another 7-10kgs to go! lol. I'm undecided on my goal weight.
Edit- I've also been staying with in my calorie goal.
