    Currently I am aiming for 1330 calories per day.

    ok - well, I have been going on the food front.

    Getting back to ensuring I have healthy snacks, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and cutting out the junk food.

    I still havent managed so well on the excercise front yet - but I have set aside time tomorrow for a nice long bike ride - and again Monday so hopefully I can get a bit of a routine going to make ti,e for it instead of just putting it off

    Interval training is the best ! you will really see a result and it isn't as hard on your body if you are just getting back into exercise... but food is the key

    It's been a bad week for exercise. DD is ill and been stuck at home - and it's raining. Went Monday and last night, but I got the times mixed up so just did cardio.
    Hoping to get there this afternoon if DH gets home from work at a good time. Finally feel like things are starting to tighten up after having last bub. Missing my weights. Only 5 more kilos til I can get my nicer gym gear out - so close, yet so far...but soon. They will be again!

    I have now lost 4.7 kgs. i feel really good, and i can fit a bunch of clothes that i haven't been wearing for some time. every step is a good step. marie

    Hi girls!
    Serial yoyo diet and exerciser here! Am slowly finding my mojo with the motivation of being healthier for ivf

    Went for my first run today in months, 3kms in 28 mins, gotta start somewhere right?!
