    I cut dairy out of my diet and lost about 5kgs from that then i dabbled a bit with 5:2. Trying to get back on board with it now for more weight loss.

    I might try and reduce my dairy intake, I don't think my stomach is a fan of it, I may be wrong but are you a vegetarian?, I am seriously considering it, I rarely seem to eat it these days and find myself often going with a vegetarian alternative because I feel better physically not eating meat.

    Hi, when this happened to me, I treated my body like a kid. Mixed it up made it not know what was going to happen next. the 3weeks should be over now and your body if you are giving it fuel should start to kick in. Are you doing any interval training, once you shock the body I then lost 2kg the week after fingers crossed for you.

    Yep. . Meat and dairy is not good for us no matter what way you look at it. I try to follow a high carb low fat vegan diet as much as possible.

    Default the "Bring Sexy Back" inspired weightloss and healthy living thread

    I'm off to Woolworths to do a grocery shop, does anyone have any suggestions for healthy food items or snack ideas? Anything you regularly get or have just discovered.

    I did a 45 minute walk this morning to try make up for a shocking eating day yesterday, hopefully will do another one this afternoon.

    I had friends over for dinner last night - so that never ends up healthy.

    Still - no chocolate or snacky type things that are my usual downfall, so that is good.

    as for healthy snacks - I find a fruit smoothie always fills me up and knocks off that 'sweet craving'

    I'm in! I've lost my pregnancy weight (only 5kgs) and 7kgs from my pre pregnancy weight, however I'm still really overweight. 93.4kgs as of this morning. I find even the tiniest treat packs in weight. Damn pcos lol.
