    As of tonight I have lost 3.5kg, it's taken me 6 weeks which I know it's quite a long time but I finally feel like I am getting somewhere.

    I'm doing shocking when it comes to extra exercise however I have been making sensible food choices, not being "restrictive" as I tend to binge when I do that but just being mindful about why I am eating, is it because I'm bored, thirsty or am I genuinely hungry. If I feel like eating after I've just had a meal I try and do some housework which keeps me busy and then I realise I actually wasn't hungry.

    I'm just going to keep doing it this way as I seem to be motivated without being stressed over it.

    I'm 6kgs away from where I used to be before and after Dd before I stacked on a bunch of weight, ideally I'd like to lose another 8-10kg.

    my weigh in day tomorrow,. im happy with my progress so far . 5.7kgs loss, and 27 cms down. sounds good to say that. lets see what my results are tomorrow. marie.

    Congratulations on everyone's weightloss

    Most of you know that I was having difficulties shifting more weight with my metabolism, so I've increased calories and will see if that helps to move things along again. I seem to be eating less after each child I've had! Just have to double my exercise time now but not too hard - just enough to keep metabolism kicking along and not too dormant. About 10kg left to go. 6kg before I can fit into my swimmers. Would love to move it all before Christmas.

    @DreamyMummy 3.5 kgs is fantastic. Never ever put down what you have achieved.

    6 weeks is not a long time - its a great time. Slow and steady is healthy, and much easier to maintain if it is a result of lifestyle changes


    How was your weigh in @SuperGranny?


    as for me - I havent actually lost any but I havent been trying that hard if I am honest. I havent been excercising, and I have been eating terribly .... so realistically, I am just pleased that I have not put weight on.

    Next week is a new resolution from me
