Default The Cheesecake Shop - what is 'half size'?

Silly question but the half size cakes at the cheesecake shop franchise, are they just a cake cut in half or are they are smaller sized round cake? Hope that makes sense 😛

Whenever I've ordered half cake they were literally a standard cake cut in half.

They also have a "midi" size in some cakes, which is still a full circle, but a smaller diameter than the full cake. They're terrible value, though.

Clearly I haven't been to the cheesecake shop in a while.

I just popped in to buy half a cake this arvo (bub is six months today so I literally wanted half a cake for her half birthday). Most they advertise as full or half, but some other types like someone else mentioned they have as a smaller size. It might be available if you order though I wonder.
