I tried this tonight for tea and it is the best pizza base I have ever made- the Jamie Oliver Pizza Base mix. Find it with the flours in the supermarket.

Try it if you love a thin and crispy pizza base

I love Paul's custard but I've never had chocolate custard. What do you have it with? On its own?

It doesn't need anything. I have had it in a chocolate trifle but plain is amazing.

It needs no adornment. Just a spoon.

Is it super easy to use? Just mix with water, knead and spread out on a tray?

Basically. Mix with water, knead, leave to prove for at least 30 mins, and then spread or roll out in the provided semolina to give it a nice crunch. It doesn't make a huge amount so for my family of 5 I bought two and coupled with a garlic bread df has enough left over pizza to take to work today.
