Id write them all. Fine point sharpie and small writing. If they are all important to you then why not?
Or pick one you dont think others have. Things like respect and happiness are obviously ones that are more common so there is a chance you could piggy back off someone elses rock for that iykwim.
I like this idea its nice to see a CC take an interest in what the parents want for their children.

This is a great idea but extremely hard to pick one word. That word would constantly be changing for us.
Maybe encouragement would be my word. I need encouragement to keep this up because it's so much harder than I thought it was going to be. I can do this, I can do this. My kids need encouragement to continue to learn new things, share, play together nicely, show respect, be independent etc.
That's a hard one
