Oh ps. Yesterday in the middle of the night I got crippling "period" pain - I thought it was the start of af but then it only lasted about 10 mins & still no blood. Any thoughts?

Hi Amy, I got AF right around when they were due.
They try to do transfer on day 5 ( so day 5 of your egg being fertilised ) but it also depends on what day that lands on as they are closed on the weekend. I had all my transfers in the morning but it can be at anytime. Retrieval will always be 36 hours after your trigger shot as well.
As for the pain, I have no idea.

Arg! Still no sign of period - five days after I was due and 7 days since finishing provera. Does anyone know if I won't be able to start injections on Friday? 😟

White undies? Call the nurses in the morning and ask. Good luck. First cycle is so hard.

Thanks so much. I went for my test this morning to check the hormone levels (still no AF) & was told I'd have to go another week if they hadn't gone down. Luckily, my period came today & I got a call this afternoon saying my levels were fine and I can go ahead with fsh on Friday!!! So relieved!

I went in this morning & they showed me how to inject. Pretty exciting! Although I've had a terrible headache all day. Did you ladies have any side effects on gonal f?

Hi Amy, the excitement all starts now ! Yep I had headaches, bloating and just felt crap. Drink plenty of water and just go with it. The first cycle I found the hardest as its all new. And I did get a bit moody as well.
