I know this is an old thread but I'm. Wanting to know... who was thinking back/saving a few years ago to have breast implants.. bad you had them done?? I was Able to have a consult and as I had l letter from my gp part of the first consult was available through Medicare. Also the bobbie specialist applied to Medicare as he thought my saggy balloons of boobies would meet the criteria where I could get part of the cost available..
Soo I'm in Brisbane has anyone had experiences with Dr Phil Richardson or Dr Flemming ?? DR Eddie Chang ??
I'm needing a lift and implants soo about arrrmmm $14k.... thats incldues bra for after surgery ...

    Any advice would be great..

Do you mean Dr Daniel Fleming?
I've heard nothing but great things about him from friends that have used him for their BAs.

Yes... do you know anything about this

" dry operating field is necessary and local anaesthetic is only used for the skin incision, if needed at all. A light general anaesthesia keeps the patient asleep and relaxes the pectoral muscles if necessary."

Is that twlight sedation ??? Or GA ?? I'm going to book a consult with him. Also looking at the different types of implants I'm liking the "motivia" implants.

    Thank you ☺

It doesn't sound like 'twilight sedation' as you mentioned it says 'light general anaesthetic' ... twilight sedation would probably be something like midaz and propofol with local anaesthetic for large areas of the breast.

I had mine done... though not by the surgeon mentioned and I honestly recommend every one getting a boobs job... mine were d cup prior to kids... then went down to a deflated b cup after kids.. I'm now an e cup and although no one sees them as I'm single... I feel so so much better about myself... I actually recently looked back at before and after photos and I'm SO glad I got them done because just looking at my before pics makes me so happy I did get fakies ..... the confidence I have and how happy I am with my body now is priceless
