Honestly @ScubaGal, I went in with no definitive birth planned out as long as we could do the 'vitals' like skin to skin & delayed cord clamping & doc said you still could via c section as long as everything was good for mummy & bubby. Obviously in the situation it wasn't ok but the c section itself was still calm & peaceful & such a great experience

@HavingitAll - that must be so stressful! I am really sorry that you and your DH have to deal with this on top of worrying about bub. My lo was born at 37 and was 2grams short of 3kg. They seem so small when your wrangling a 2yo toddler!

Thanks @KitiK - its just crazy we have to move now 10 days before bub (or less) but we are managing. Today we sold some stuff i'd advertised on facebook and got some packing done. We are waiting on a quote from lawyers and have just gotta keep our heads up. I gotta keep calm for the little fella.

3kg is lots in your belly @KitiK but nothing compared with a 2 year old at like 15+kg!!! i just can't wait until my niece, who is nearly 2, meets her new cousin. The reaction will be priceless!!!

My dd2 was very clingy this morning and actually said to me 'hate bubba!' 😓 made me so sad to think she feels like she isn't getting enough attention. Will have to do something with just her soon. Makes it hard to split your attention across all 3. Its school holidays for my dd1 (7) so she is getting some special time with dad today going to the movies
