I try not to comfort eat and I have really been dieting hard (lost 4 kilos) but over the course of the weekend I had 2 bacon and eggs rolls (with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise) a rack of ribs and a pizza. Also, tim tams, a cinnamon scroll and lindt chocolate.
Hmm. Ok, I think I do comfort eat.........back to the boiled eggs and green smoothies.

leyshoja Haha, yeah sounds like my partner. I haven't worn makeup for a month and he didn't even notice. Mind you, I don't wear a lot but my eyes do look like p!ss holes in the snow without it.

Bongley, I took my mans apparent indifference as a personal affront for a long time but I've just got to keep in mind that he has been like that from day 1 and its just the type of person he is. I ask him if I look like I'm putting on weight - he replies 'I'll tell you when you are too fat'. I ask him if my dress is nice - he replies 'theres nothing wrong with it'. Boy oh boy does he battle with giving a compliment. He is like nobody I've ever been with before but I'm slowly getting used to it. He loves me and that's all that matters. A little teeny weeny compliment would be nice just once though !
P!ssholes in the snow is not a good look btw !!!

@MaxKat that sucks - hopefully the quality is good tho
the flies near the mags...ewwww!!! My DH once went to an inspection for a rental property and there were womens dirty undies left on the bathroom floor - gusset facing up!! He had to hightail it out of there quick smart! Who the hell does that?!
It is the interruptions in the exercise routine that does you in, I agree.
**** holes in the snow lol!

@Luckyme1 and @biscotti77 I'm sorry it hasn't worked, when are your bt's? Sorry I should remember but am a bit groggy!
@MaxKat was it the same nurse doing the scan? My last scan had less follies than the one before and was done by a diff nurse, so that cd be it. My right ovary was floating in the centre of my belly so some could have been hiding too.
@BlondeinBrisvegas we are all so glad that you still come in here and cheer us on. With a bubba of your own it'd be completely understandable if you weren't in here so often. I love your sense of humor and you always cheer us up, so thanks for still coming in! I wouldn't worry about your inspection, I have two investment properties and the pics from inspection show messy units! Most property managers are lazy and just want to make sure you're not damaging stuff!
@Leisylou I think it's still too early too, don't give up hope xxx
To those talking about weight (sorry on ph and can't go back), I put on 10kgs last year due to comfort eating and steroids (for my natural killer cells). I read a book called - it starts with food- and changed my eating from that. I have been gluten free for 20 years, but was still having issues with my ibs and couldn't lose weight no matter how much I dieted or exercised. I changed to paleo eating in December, but not 100% as I had, xmas parties, my birthday, xmas and New Years. I lost 2kgs in dec and then went pretty much 99% compliant and lost 8 kilos in the three months since. I only do 2 weight training sessions for half an hr a week and netball only started 3 weeks ago, so hardly any exercise in comparison to what I was doing before. I've been losing about 1/2kg a week, which is not too drastic and easy to maintain. I have no dairy, grains or sugar. I don't count calories, don't feel constantly hungry and don't have issues with my blood sugar dropping and rage. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy cooking and have long been making things from scratch as I can't tolerate a lot of preservatives.
I have been having regular full blood counts for some of the immune drugs and all of my levels have improved beyond a doubt. But more than that I feel normal which I haven't for a long time! I used to have bad stomach cramps and diarrhea pretty much every day but not anymore, my skin is much better and I have way more energy and sleep 100% better.
I also train all the way through my cycles, just less intense in the tww. That way I don't lose the exercise mojo.
Sorry if I have missed anyone!🙋
Afm- 8 eggs at epu today 👏 and all 8 were mature and have been icsi'd👍 that is the best I have ever had. 🙏 for a good fert rate and just waiting to hear if they can fit me in to pgd everything this week.
Was in a bit of pain after epu, but on couch with a hot water bottle and a cup of herbal tea watching a movie.
Thanks for all the support. It's been a long hard slog this cycle, but well worth it xxxx

Awesome result Chiefsgirl. That is spectacular numbers. Fingers crossed for beautiful fertilisations.
I'm thinking about doing Atkins diet, Fast Diet or sticking to weight watchers. I did Dukan 2 years ago and lost a lot of weight, but the thought of eating all that meat again. Yuck.

Bongley great news, snuggle in little embie.
Winsor that's awful about the appendicitis, I hope you feel better soon. I'm glad you didn't transfer as it would have been super stressful if you had.

@Chiefsgirl fantastic result, hope you recover well today.
I have to diet HARD (with moderate exercise) to lose 1/2 kilo a week, I've never been able to lose more than that. I had read recently that paleo is good if you are sedentary and add more carbs the more exercise you do. Seemed logical to me.
for fertilisation tomorrow.
