Hello new mothers! My name is Frances, and I'm a researcher studying at the University of Queensland. If you have had a baby in the last 8 months, we would like to ask for 15- 20 minutes of your time to complete a questionnaire about your health and visits to the doctor after the birth.
The first few months after having a baby can be wonderful as well as exhausting! And taking care of your health and your baby's health is so important.
You're responses make a difference!
