We don't really celebrate it. DH usually buys me flowers and DD something. Last year it was a beautiful white rabbit snow globe.

We are flat broke, so we're going to the cheap driveins together. Ten dollars for two movies is a good deal!

Valentine's Day is just a normal day for me. I'm not anti Valentine's Day but I've been single for ever lol

we dont really do Valentines Day.
DH works near a chocolate shop though, so some years he has bought me chocolate
This year though, we happen to be going to a concert, so DD is having a sleepover ... so lovely dinner, concert and fun date night

We don't really celebrate Valentines but DH always buys me flowers (Tigerlilys, my favourite) from our sons.

*spin off* What are you doing for Valentine's Day?
Dh is away so just be ds and I at home
Eta: we don't really "celebrate" it anyway but just do cute nice things for each other during the day.

MIL decided last year that every valentines day she will babysit so we can go out. But much to her annoyance we can't afford to this year so cancelled our plans. I'm going to cook a roast dinner for DH instead

Nothing for us either, we don't celebrate it.

Probably nothing. It's our second V. Day together and last year we just get each other a card. I've bought him a card. It's a kid weekend so it's not likely that we'll do anything romantic. I'm not that fussed, we go on romantic road trips and outings every fortnight on our kid free weekends so Valentines Day doesn't mean much to us.

I've been told "leave it to me" then I asked if I needed to organise babysitting and he said again "leave it to me"
I'm a bit excited but he has a history of flaking out on these things so trying not to get my hopes up.
