I would pronounce it Kai(rhymes with why)-ya. I know a girl called this but she spells it Kiah.

I know 2 children who's names are pronounced Kai-ya (rhymes with Myer). One is spelt Kiah and the other one is Kyah. My friend who has Kiah says her name often gets pronounced as Key-ah so she wishes she went with the Kyah spelling.

    All are lovely

i have a friend overseas who recently named her baby Xanthe (zan-thee) which means Golden, which I thought was charming. Kaia is very sweet and so is #3.

Have you thought about middle names?
