    I use to do yoga. I had just had a mc at the time and needed to do something for myself. It was soo relaxing and really helped me zone out. My core strength improved and flexibility alot too. I really think it helped while I was doing ivf and contributed to me getting pregnant.

    I've done yoga on and off for 10 years. It is the single best thing I can do for my body and my mind. It helps your body move better, calms your mind and if you get a great class you will have an inward practise rather than focussing on what other people around you can do. It centres me and after I got glandular fever I took extended long service leave and committed to going 3-5 times per week. It was extraordinarily healing and I also credit it to distressing my body/mind that I fell pregnant after trying for 18 months without success.
