    Yes I've seen this and the dead skin just falls off.

    I haven't tried it myself however just did a quick google.

    Equal parts listerine, vinegar and warm water for as long as you like. The dead skin is meant to just wipe away however from what I just read it may also require exfoliation and if you use blue listerine you might end up with blue feet ;-)
