    Default Exercise Tips

Once a week I play touch football. Last season and now this season doesn't seem to be many girls so sometimes I have to be on the field for forty minutes.
Usually by 10-15 mins I'm dying and seeing stars
I want to start jogging during the week to build up my fitness to run 40 mins straight without collapsing.

What's the best way to achieve this??
And when is the best time to run? Morning, nights??

I prefer mornings and Id just start out slow. Run 2ks the first day then increase each day start off by a 500mt to 1km increase.
