    Yep Id say it would be fine - no different to cold meats - sounds like a great idea for lunch!

    Cream cheese and cucumber? My dd loves tuna and lettuce, egg and lettuce (or curried egg) we usually cook extra at tea time and she has left overs either by themselves or on a sandwich ie: today she had a left over chicken schnitzel with lettuce and mayo. We had fried rice tonight so tomorrow she will get left over fried rice

    We meal plan so she usually knows what is coming up (and change the plan over winter).
