Just had a quick look at the rates. Ftb b goes down at 5 and stays the same until 18. Ftb a rates are the same from 0-12, change at 13.
If you just google ftb rates it comes up.

Does it go down once your youngest is 5 or reduces as each child turns 5? Anyone know?
