Default Recommend me a weightloss product.

I have been trying out the slimming patch but it's not really working for me.
I would like to try and review any products I can get my hands on.
I'm not going to buy the top of the line wraps or shakes coz I can't afford it. But I am open to all reasonable options.

What would you like to see me review?

I have 2 new products to try but I was wondering if anyone is interested in hearing about them.
One is a plastic wrap. The other is a gel you put on and it heats up. They can be used together or separate.
Would you like to know if they work? Or more of a how to use /when to use?
Or should I just update on my own journal again?

I think most products are too good to be true. The ones that work are usually short term and once you stop using them the weight comes back on.
Long term success is through clean eating and exercise. I'm currently on my own journey too. It's a slow process but the important thing is that it's a lifestyle change and it's sustainable into the future

What has helped me is keeping a food diary (myfitnesspal app) and tracking my exercise

    Yes I do that also.
It's just a bit of fun for me to try new products. Plus along the way I can help others find something to help. Or not waist their money.

There's nothing that I know actually works.
    Good luck on your journey
