    Default PCOS + NK Cells

    Hi Ladies,

Diagnosed with PCOS in 2010. After 3 miscarriages and all the testing, poking and prodding known to man, the FS has requested a uterus biopsy to test for NK cells.

I don't think I could take much more bad news, has anybody successfully conceived with both of these issues?

You should head to the the natural killed cell thread. It isn't not the end of the world. Many women have more severe issues and they did get their bub in the end. Xx

    Thanks for the advice.

I would be happy to go there if someone could point me to one that is PCOS + NK, I can only seem to find ones associated with IVF.
It may not be the end of the world but 3 years TTC, and 3 miscarriages - takes it's toll.

I'm sorry to hear your troubles. But have hope and faith, never lose those 2.
I had PCOS, I was told I was infertile by 2 dr's, periods stopped, then it returned, my cycle was never regular, but I believed and now I am a mother. I proved Dr's wrong. I like to believe that miracles do happen and I've seen it happen and I'm also living it.
    Good Luck
P.S try not to stress, just enjoy trying, don't think about it, do it often, and when you least expect it, it will happen.

No3please: try the reproductive immunology thread. I am on the natural killer cell thread there. Some ivfers, some not. But all ladies have similar problems and I have gotten a lot of support and knowledge there. Trust me. There is no exclusive PCOS and NK cell thread but yours will be the first one. It is up to you.

It is all about knowledge. Ladies there have so much knowledge than an average dr. All the best.
