How rude to RSVP yes to a party and then choose not to attend without letting the host know.
I hate it when people do not RSVP, let alone say yes and then not turn up.
Some people have no manners at all.

Whilst I think it's utterly rude to rsvp then not turn up, invoicing them is just immature and petty to be honest.
