    Perhaps you could contact centrelink as well as your bank. I know your bank is legally obliged to do what they can to help you if you tell them that you are experiencing hardship.

    Can you refinance your home and consolidate the debt into your new mortgage, and possibly request a few thousand in cash as a buffer for the future?
    My ex and I did that a few years ago and it took a lot of pressure off.

    It's a long and difficult process to access super... And honestly don't think you have the grounds. I would be ensuring you are din contact with all those you owe money to, to make sure agreements are in place. Best of luck, hope they get paid off ASAP
