My DH is in the same boat...he's a firefighter and absolutely loves his job. At this point he won't resign, he is pushing through the pain....and having another arthroscopic "clean-out this week.
He needs two knee replacements but the drs won't do it because he is too young (36).
Totally sucks to be so young, doing something you love and being told to quit Big hugs
